Professional audits in nursing or healthcare entail a methodical review of a nurse's or a group of nurses' practice to guarantee adherence to legal, ethical, and professional requirements. The purpose of these audits is to evaluate and improve patient safety and nursing care quality.

I am always professional as a nurse. I am a member of College of Licensed Practical Nurse of Alberta (CLPNA), which keeps me responsible and ensures I follow the highest nursing standards. Being a CLPNA shows my devotion to my job and gives me safety and assistance. It allows nurses to learn, network, and advocate for patients and healthcare workers. Nursing is collaborative in healthcare. Our significant collaborative interaction with other healthcare professionals promotes comprehensive patient care. We must work with doctors to create effective treatment regimens and pharmacists to safely provide drugs. As part of the holistic healthcare system of Canada, social workers, and counselors help patients and their families with their mental and emotional needs. We communicate openly, respect each other, and work together to provide our patients with the finest treatment. We operate as an integrated Canada Health System healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
